Hi Guys,

Just interested on feedback on an idea we have, would it be helpful if there was an option to order with a longer lead time and get a better freight rate, for example 3 months from order to delivery and only paying 100 Euro or equivalent delivered to your door, any feedback appreciated.

Hi James,
in my view it would be very good.
380 € seems to me is really too much, 100 € would bring your boards' cost to a very competitive level. And, I see no problem in ordering say in November or December and getting the boards in February or March. Go ahead!

For your convenience: "Hello everyone, put aside, at least for the moment, the tentative to purchase a CarbonArt due to high shipping costs ...".

Good idea James.

I know CA moved to door to door only, as a way to reduce the complexities that were faced by people trying to import in 1 board and this caused some delays in getting the boards, and of course uncertain costs. Shipping door to door ensure that CA knows that you get the board, and that there is a plan to deliver it.

The way the CA shop is set up, all of the payments are manual now, so if you want to discuss an alternative shipping method, just do that at the payment side of things, and if you are well rehearsed in freight/shipping side of things there is certainly the opportunity that you can save a heap on arranging the freight of boards from NZ to your location.

I suggest that you contact James, and ask for your freight options.
