The 55 is defintly an amazing board and tricky conditions are in my mind the best way to enjoy the incredible easiness of this board. Fast, and even important, super comfy trough chop and waves. You always have the power and the upwind ability to find the emrgency exit in the heart of the washing machine.
The funniest part ? The board is also super fun while surfing (backside only !) coming back to the beach...
